This must have been back before TVR realized how to make the windshield wipers sit properly below the windshield so it doesn’t impede a drivers vision.

In the latest episode of James May’s Cars of the People, he compared an old TVR to a 911 (and preferred it). It was an interesting show and doesn’t have too many episodes, so I recommend you watch it on dailymotion or something if you get the chance.
